Parish run park. All sites are spacious and either asphalt or concrete, and mostly shaded. Restrooms/showers are very clean and maintained. Nice laundry available. It is on a beautiful lake with fishing piers, boat launch, and swimming beach. I would rate this park a 10 if it had full hookups at every site, W&E with dump station. In my mind, to be called a resort, there should at least be 50/30 amps at each site with sewer. We have stayed here three times and will stay there again.

Very nice park about a mile from downtown. Gravel, level pull-thru sites. Full hookups w/ cable. Some sites are a little close together. Patio & picnic table right next to the adjacent RV. Staff was very nice and friendly and efficient. Would definitely camp here again.

Very nice gated RV park. Staff was friendly and helpful. All sites are concreted and level. Very wide interior roads. Park has a centrally located lake, heated swimming pool, and a playground. I would have rated it a 10 if there were more shade trees and the noise level due to traffic was less. Of course, being in the city makes that out of the owner's control. Very conveniently located to the medical centers, Reliant Stadium, etc. Would stay here again.

Very well landscaped. Escorted to site and helped getting set up. Sites are separated by shrubs and are gravel and level. Some back-in sites are tight getting in to. Interior roads need to be resurfaced. Convenient to interstate and downtown Austin. Short distance to San Marcos outlet malls and Cabela's. Nice individual cabins. There are individual restrooms and showers that are immaculate. We would stay here again.

This park is in a beautiful setting with mountains surrounding it. The park is well laid out and sites are spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The negatives I found are the utility hook-ups are a stretch to reach. I had to use 3 sewer hoses to reach the sewer connection. The electrical was also a stretch. WiFi was free but very spotty, not consistently available and also slow. No cable TV. Each site has its own elec. meter, 15 cents per kw hour above the price of the site. I think if you advertise as an RV resort, these things should be included. I would stay here again due to the fact that they are the closest RV park to Creede and the views are incredible!

The state is upgrading the state parks but this one apparently is in the process. Visitors center, amphitheater, and restrooms all look to be upgraded and new. I camped here 20 years ago and the campground sites about the same. Most of the pads need to be resurfaced and the campsites need serious upgrading. Water pressure was excellent. Sites are difficult to get into. Roads in the campground are narrow and two way. If there was anyone in the site across from me, I would have never gotten into my site. I had to pull up into that site to get a decent angle to back into my site. The only reason to go there is to dig for diamonds. If the campsites had been upgraded, I would have rated it at least an 8.

Very nicely layed out RV park. Some sites are fairly close but acceptable. I would stay here again. Staff helpful and really work to make this park nice.

This is one of the nicest parks in a rural setting we have ever stayed. Well manicured and owners are RVers themselves and know what we want. I was told by regular returning guests that the owner always tries add something new each year to upgrade. We are already anticipating returning next year and staying at least 2 weeks. We planned to stay only 3 days but ended up staying 6 days. All sights have full hook-ups and are nicely spaced. We stayed there in a fifthwheel.

Stopped here for overnight stay. Well kept park and good staff. I would stay there if in the Albuquerque area for an extended visit. Not far off the interstate but noise is not noticable. We camped there in a 36ft fifthwheel.

Campground was adequate. Grass was very tall and campsites unkept. Wifi was so weak it could not be used. My site had a large hole next to it which looked like a water or sewer line problem. They set a broken picnic table over it so camper could see it and not fall in. Charged me for full hookups even though only had water and electric. Questioned them about this and was told all back in sites are the same rate no matter what hookups were there...non negotiable. I will never stay here again. Wal-Mart parking lot would be better.

Park is clean and well maintained. Attendants very helpful. We were there for a weekend Little League tournament. The truckstop nextdoor did not bother us. Easy access to the interstate and had a number of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and nice setting in tall pines along a small lake. Paved walking trail around lake with fishing piers. No motorized boats allowed on lake. Nice swimming beach and playground. Competition mountain bike trails through forest. Good hiking trails. Good stopover campground or a good weekend for relaxation. Has full hookups.
